Y ou must
notify us within 15 days of the date of purchase with your reason for
return or exchange. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
($5.00 minimum) and less shipping costs unless return is due to a manufacturers defect (in
which case, a full refund will be issued). Refunds will be issued upon
receipt and inspection of merchandise. Used or broken items are non-returnable. All items must be accompanied by original packaging, documentation and invoice.
How do I return an item?
You
should call 866-419-9877 and ask for a return authorization number or e-mail us at sales@grxmedical.com.
You should have your original invoice number available. You may return
your purchase by mail. It is recommended that you get a tracking number from
the Post Office or delivery service as we are not responsible for item
"lost in transit". Please mail the original invoice and the item(s)
you wish to return to the address on the form.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
